At Thrive Integrative Physical Therapy and Sports Rehab we offer orthopedic manual physical therapy and other wellness services to improve our patient’s quality of life. We have a collaborative relationship with Onelife Fitness gym to transition you to a lifelong lifestyle of movement and fitness.

Caroline Gritzinger, DPT

Caroline Gritzinger has been practicing for over 11 years. She graduated in 2008 from Shenandoah University with her doctorate in physical therapy and did her undergraduate studies at James Madison University. Caroline has a special interest in chronic pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and manual therapy, including Integrative Manual Therapy (IMT) training and using a holistic approach to correcting biomechanics and improving her patient’s quality of life. Caroline resides in Gore Va with her husband, cat and dog.

Karen Walker, PT

Karen Walker has been practicing physical therapy for 40 years in outpatient orthopedics. She has a specialized holistic approach through her post graduate education, including Integrative Manual Therapy. Following a philosophy of treating the source, not the symptoms, the integrated approach has proven successful for all type of patients. Karen’s physical therapy degree is from Boston University and she has lived and worked in Northern Virginia for the past 30 years, moving to Winchester in 2006.

Karen Joyner, Office Manager

Karen Joyner has worked in office administration for over 30 years and has experience in billing and accounts management. Karen is a magician at patient scheduling and you’ll find her customer service is above and beyond. Karen enjoys cooking and is strongly involved in her church ministry at First Baptist Church in Front Royal, Va.

Jeylani Dublin, PT, DPT, CSCS, CES, PES

Jeylani Dublin has been practicing for 2 years. He graduated in 2018 from Shenandoah University with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy and did his undergraduate studies at Longwood University and Iona College. He specializes in functional/corrective exercise, performance enhancement, post-operative rehabilitation, dry needling, and treating sports/general orthopedic related injuries. Jeylani resides in Winchester, VA with his girlfriend, a licensed physical therapist also.

David T. Crittenden, MSPT, Cert. MDT

David received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education, with a concentration in Athletic Training, from Frostburg State University in 1993. He worked for 4 years as an athletic trainer in outpatient orthopedic clinics and high schools. He earned his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Marymount University in 2000. David has well-rounded experience in treating patients in long term care, skilled rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedic, neurological injuries/diseases, acute care, and fitness. David’s interests are in orthopedic and sport rehabilitation, clinical leadership, and clinical program development. He uses evidence-based practice to drive his decision making in the clinic and strives to provide individualized treatment that will get his patient back to what they love to do. When David is not in the clinic, he is hanging out with his wife of 20 years and their three children ages 16, 13, and 11, usually attending or coaching one of their athletic events.
